I remember one time I used visine, and my high was definitely killed about 15 minutes later. This was about 4 years ago before I knew anything about anything, so it was completely unbiased and not just my mind telling me I wasn't high. And it was wierd cause the next day someone told me to never use visine cause it kills your high, and I was like "IT DOES!". So I think it does kill your high, not sure how, but for me it does.
