The only other times I've smoked it is when it was availible to me. I've never bought it or had to supply the pipes and shit. So, right now I don't have the money to buy a pipe, and have no access to rolling papers. People said homemade pipes suck, so I was wondering if there's any other thing I could substitue for rolling papers? Anything at all? K, lotta questions, but it'd be great if Rating: 5
