    using pps tds meter

    can ne1 please tell me what my tds reading should be,ive just got a meter and its reading 168,dont know if thats right for 4 week old plants.

    do you mean your tapwater reads 168 or your solution reads 168?

    its 490 now from my tank,tap water is about 180 with the meter
