I am going to mount it at 15" because today i meaured the room i have for plant growth and its only 37". Therefore i am goin to tie them to the screen when they reach about 24". Also should i top them for larger branches??? or not for more of them???? am i going to be able to get good buds of them when i switch to 12\12 and put a 200W red spectrum bulb in there?????

They look good to me bro , i think the screen goes over them when they are still in veg , not really sure , the postman.
