    fungus gnats

ok, I have been battling fungus gnats with yellow sticky traps. They are winning. Yesterday, I cut up a bunch of garlic cloves (nice and stinky) into pieces. I spread that around the base of the plants. This morning only a couple of gnats running around. Compared to a day before without garlic, swarms.

Those little bastards become very annoying! Let us know how well the garlic works. It's one of the main reasons I switched to hydro. Haven't seen one since.
