I found one on the net it has 2- 40 watt t12 bulbs, would that be enough to keep the seedling going?

Yesterday i went to home depot to pick up a shop light for my bagseed sprout, I got a 25 watt one but found out when i got home that you need to connect all the wiring. My question is what type of light should i look for thats cheap, effective and pre-wired. Thanks in advance Rating: 5
