What actually is DXM because its not really popular here in this country. from what ive heard is it cough medicine in pill form but you take loads of it to get high or something?

yes it is the cough syruip you take to help with a cough of cold, but i see it was a drug. but it must have Dextramethorohan as a main ingredient. if you want more info look around the boards...

the only prob with the vicks 44 is the VERY STRONG mint flavour, i had to take it in shots as it was this thick red revolting minty shit. but it did the job
