Actually, it makes perfect sense. The dudes title is "about to try dmx" Dmx is a famous rapper. dudes guarded pretty heavily and shit, and I am sure he's packing. "I'm about to trip on dmx" = "I'm about to kick dmx's ass" that was the joke cause he misspelled dxm....

Do your homework with DXM, it can be fatal but at 300mg you'll be fine, and if you are going to try it, find a cough syrup that has DXM as the only active ingredient
