Watching Cops again (Just like to laugh at all the stupid ass people that get themselves into shit) and I am absolutely fucking shocked. I have never seen an episode of cops where they let the person go without even a ticket when they found marijuana. On this episode, a guy gets pulled over with his family and has weed on him, some in a bag and then some in a joint (it was dank, but not important to the point). The guy confessed, and the family was on a way to his wife's mothers funeral. The cop tells him he's cutting him a break and not taking him in because his family was depending on him getting them to the funeral. The cop hands the guy back his joint and bag, tells him to throw it out on the side of the road, so the guy picks apart the joint, empties it on the ground, takes out the nuggets, breaks them up and throws them on the ground, and then the cop tells him to get out of there and not to bring it around his family any more. I was fucking shocked. I've never seen an episode of cops where someone had pot on them and got away scot-free. No ticket or anything.... I'm surprised that one made it to air on television.... lol.

ive seen something like that, these 2 dudes in cali had weed and a blunt rolling kit and the cop walked up to the car and was being real cool about it he was like" damn i got the munchies just walking up too the car" and joking around with the kids and put the shit back in the car and said dont let me see you around here again.

I seen one in Palm Springs. The were 2 guys about 22 with bud and paraphenalia and the cop was super cool to them and made jokes about marijuana and he let them drive away with just a ticket. The best Cops episode ever.

Happens a lot here in LA. When I got caught, I didn't get a ticket. A lot of my friends have similar stories, and the only one I know that got a weed ticket also had yay on him.

i just saw that too. that cop was such a prick. acting like it was the end of the world and the dude was putting his family through hell over less than an 1/8. the lady was shaking and crying. ive had cops let me go for posession. usually u get a ticket but if its really good bud and the cop has a big smile on his face more often then not he is gonna let you go with a warning or write a ticket for some other shit.
