What is good? That is a difficult question to answer. Traditional religion has it that good is merely the opposite of evil, or that which is in accordance with the will of God. However, I challenge this oversimplified view and replace it with my own humanistic existentialism. I see good as being a human construct that only has meaning within the context of human interactions. It is just a word we use for things we associate with positive feelings. Something can only be good if it brings people positive feelings and/or keeps them from feeling negative feelings. Good is not something intrinsic that is woven into the fabric of the universe; it is a form of perception only and is completely open to subjective interpretation, especially when something brings positive feelings to some and negative feelings to others.
