it prolly means its not vicodin..jsut a guess....but sounds like an ibuprofen maybe mixed with codeine or another painkiller

Where did you get it? If it has Hydrocodone in it (the opioid in Vicodin), and says Ibu, it means it is Hydrocodone with Ibuprofen (brand name Vicoprofen). The most common narcotic that Ibuprofen is mixed with is Hydrocodone, so this is possible. It is not as common as Vicodin (Vicodin is Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen - also known as Tylenol or APAP), but it isn't uncommon either. So it is probably either Vicoprofen, or just plain Ibuprofen (in which case it is crap). Ibuprofen is an NSAID, which means you shouldnt take more than 1 gram (1000 mg) at once or you'll risk burning a hole in your digestive tract (put simple). The key is where you got it. If you have access to the prescription label and can type it in (even better, picture or scan - with the name blocked of course), I can tell you the exact chemistry of it...

And Hydrocodone is an opioid, so you may get high (but not in a stoned way). It is an analog of things like morphine, diamorphine (heroin) and such, so it will be a heroin type rush. 10mg is a maximum first dose, because it can make you puke to no end if you have no tollerance to it (besides the fact you may stop breathing and die - which is very easy to do, I've come close several times while using it for legit reasons)...
