hes already doin good if i took a morgage out i would end up payin about 260000 instead of flat 200K it doesnt take long for a cafe to pay for itself if u serve quality bud and know what your doing really theres tomany "ifs" in my dream but if nothing eles i will move to venice thats a deffinit.heh joke or seriouse what i said needed saying its for the best people should know how much america sucks i know there are people who would die to move to america and if thats what makes them happy than by all means they should its a good place to live other than it wont be around to much longer in terms of countrys its the land of oppertunitys if there arnt any where u come from but its just not how i want to live simple life do what i love wich i cant acheave in america beacause of law and the fishing corperations if i stayed here id have some low end job or work in a cubical i can do what i want in amsterdam and venice i want to live life to the fullest i cant in "the land of opertuneitys"(that whole thing had a buncha mispelled words i needed a few beers after i got going)
