as for borrowing 200k, dude, to be honest, you would be better of getting a mortgage over there, an payin it off with the money you earn, all you need is a deposit and get like a 25 year mortgage, dunno how it works in the netherlands, but i live in uk as well, an thats how it goes over here, plus i think its 1.4 euro to the pound, and 1.5 dollars to the pound or some thing, so you may need a bit more, which is why you should go with a mortgage, plus then, you dont have to worry bout your bro doing good.

main thing you would need to worry about, would be supplyin the business, and if your a keen grower, know one, or know how to, you need a good few months to get lotsa reserves going because the day you open, your gonna need some stock an buyin it, would cost tooooooo much.
