Sorry to smash your dream into so many pieces but basically its not gonna happen. Your gonna eat the same old shit, smoke the same old shit and do the same old shit.

I myself tried to quit smoking 7 days ago and i was going 3 days strong until it was time to get drunk with my mates at a friends gig. I was asking ppl for ciggies all night. Next I but loads of tinned fruit and fresh fruit and i said im gonna have that for breakfast.....your baked you will forget. When the fuck are you gonna exercise???? exercise must be done with someone else otherwise it never sticks to your routine.

All in all i hate the stoners curse.....it pisses me off too.
