id ask him if he understand what sex is, what it mean, etc, and tell him not to get addicted to porn in the nicest way possible. i wouldnt tell his mother. keep in mind im not a parent but i can honestly say that beyond horrible physical or sexual abuse my mother catching me looking at porn or masturbating is probably the worst thing that could ever happen to me, i dont think id ever be the same around her again.
