Get a bottle of Robitussin CoughGels. It should be 20 pills with 15mg of DXM HBr in each, for a total of 300mg. That is a good dose for the first time.

300-400 is a pretty good recreational use. if youre looking to halluciante. go with 700+ but try to stay away from 1000+
