and we're also paying for things that happened because of Katrina. Whose fault was that, the government's. If the government revised the healthcare program, including healthcare for illegal immigrants in emergency situations, along with homeless, and the poor. EVERYONE should have healthcare: CANADA!.... so close but so far for human rights... so basically if the US changed their healthcare programs you wouldnt foot the bill for 800 million.
