is it really unprovoked though? i am all for change, but Rep nd Dem alike are acting like this is going to help the situation. I am very glad that hispanics have stepped up to this unfair Bill. Not enough demonstrations are being held, allowing one sided bills to go under the table. To think 12 million ppl that you practically interact with everyday (every1's local pizza, cutting your lawn, the new apt complex that you live it), FELONS! Ridiculous. I am for change, but make it the right type of change.

so are blacks... but do we kick them out? nooo. and most of the hispanics IN school are regular old american - folk. the undocumented immigrant wave has happened in the past 10 years... way too early for the offspring to drop out.

It's not that easy.

It's not just "I want a green card, let me fill out a form, wait a few months and get one" They only let through a very small amount of legal immigrants every year. And however horrible this sounds, I don't think the illegal act will be passed, or for that matter enforced, since it really is a cheap source of labor. here in LA.

They're just a group of people who want to make a better life for themselves. The American government supplies the powerful criminals in Mexico that keep the people so oppressed. I think where we need to start is helping the Mexicans in Mexico, by creating better school systems and such, or even imporving the school systems in America (millions of dollars every year get stolen from the school systems). The problem can't just be addressed by setting up a fence. We need to attack the problem at its source.
