lucas form vs peters 20-20-20

i noticed that when mixing gh micro and bloom it comes out to npk 5-5-5

if i used peters mix at 1/4 strenght wouldnt it be equal to 5-5-5

cheaper to buy.
am i missing something
someone explain

It would have a 5-5-5 sure but NPK is only part of the equation.
