Once you clone your plants and they are rooted you can put them outside. ANd the sun is the best light on earth so... yes it's sufficient. And the little clones should be in vegetative state meaning it isn't growing buds.

It will severely stress it out if you do succeed but most likely It'd die before it had time to root. If it made it, it may be hermaphrodite from all the stress and would have a pathetic yeild. Trust me you wanna clone before it flowers.
