How many Close calls have you had with the Police?

I got a few. I was partying at a friends house and i crashed on the floor in his room. I just happen to wake up and glance at the door, there were police in the house. I was really too tired to care so i just pocketed my pipe and went back to sleep. The cop entered the room, looked around and left. There we're plants growing in the closet at the time too.

Another party. Had no alc so i stayed in the back room with the stoners. We'uns was smoking a lot of pot and then someone runs into the back room saying the cops we're crashing the party and all the stoners left the room and turned the lights off. My buddie n I we're the only ones left so we decided to finish off the dope before the cops got back there (there was still an eigth left, i have no idea what the hell we we're thinkin). So its me n him in the pitch black smokin n just as i'm taking my hit a cop pokes his head through the window (we we're in a trailor) and shown a flashlight right at me. I just sat still staring back at him with my hand still poised over the bowl witch was still in my mouth. Then he left and my buddie n i just kept smoking then left.

I've had closer calls but i can't think of em right now.

Getting pulled over while smoking a marlboro that was re-stuffed with weed. Blasted the heat, rolled the windows down, gummed the breath, all was good. :rasta:

To make a long story short. The cops have me pulled over and becuase of my age and the pack of cigarettes on the passanger seat the checked my car and then asked me to empty my pockets. I had a fully loaded pipe in my right pocket. I turned my pockets inside out exposeing the pipe in my right hand. Then real quickely put my left hand back in the pocket. The cop was only looking at the left hand at the time and becuase of that he asked me to empty that lfet pocket. I slowly put my right hand holding the pipe back in my pocket and emptied out the left. To my surprise for some miraculous reason I had a buckys bear ballon form village inn in that pocket. He saw the ballon and thought I might have some drugs in it. I was just givin a warning and they took my cigarettes away then I left. That is the closest I ever came to getting caught.

1) I was waiting for my dealer to meet me do drop off a half-pound when the cops rolled up on me (I was waiting in my car in one spot for a long time). I had a 15-year-old kid and a triple beam scale in the car and 2 other dudes with me. We were all over 18 at 11 at night.

Fortunately, nobody had drugs or large amounts of money on us, so I just got my scale confiscated.

Turns out, the dealer stood me up (ripped me off for $800).

But, I didn't get busted for anything.

3) After that kid ripped me off, some friends of mine told me that they have decided to break into his house and kidnap him. They broke into his house, beat him up, and tried to kidnap him, but they chickened out and ran off in the middle of handcuffing him. It just so happened that night that I decided to fuck the kid's car up. The next day, the kid who ripped me off's friend called me and told me what happened and asked what I think he should do. I told him the only thing I could: call the cops. I was implicated in the assault, attempted kidnapping and vandalism to his car. Naturally, I was brought up on 2 felony charges of Attempted Kidnapping and Felonious Destruction of Personal Property. I got "interviewed" by a former Orange County homicide detective who told me he knew exactly what happened and then told me what he thought. He was right, too. In the end, though, there was no physical evidence linking me to the crimes and no witnesses. So, I beat 2 felonies. Heh.

2) Another time, I was in a car with a couple of friends out of state with a guy who was on parole and wasn't supposed to be out of the state. We got pulled over and the car was searched. I claimed responsibility for the weed in the car and got taken to jail. Me and the driver's I.D.'s were checked, the guy on parole was not. If it had been, we would all have been FUCKED. The weed weighed in at just under a felony weight, so I got convicted of only a misdemeanor and didn't have to do any time other than the night I stayed in jail. Oh, yeah, the weed was in seperate bags, and the cop wasn't sure if he was gonna charge me with intent to distribute. Apparently, he decided to be "cool" and not charge me with that. All this was in another state on the other side of the country, mind you. Imagine if I had to explain all this to my parents if I had to do time. Eeek!

4) When 9-11 happened, I started carrying a gun (lived right next to a military base- a potential target). A week after 9-11, I got pulled over for running a stop sign. No big deal, I'll just get a ticket, right? WRONG! The cop says my license was suspended and to get out of the the car. OH SHIT!! Here's the good part...I was totally calm and cool. **He didn't pat me down.** He totally could have, too, for weapons. And he didn't. Instead, guess what happened...He put me in the back of his car, no handcuffs, not searched. So, here I am, in the back of a cop car, no handcuffs on, with a loaded pistol, getting a ticket for running the stop sign and not having a license. The cop had my car towed and I had to go to court. After the cop let me go, I couldn't believe how lucky I was. I stopped carrying a gun after that night, btw.

5) Oh, yeah, I also got accused of rape the first time I ever had sex. I had to get hair and dna samples to the police. The girl later admitted that she wasn't raped and the detectives found out she was known for claiming she was raped when she, in fact, wasn't. Yeah, THAT didn't scar me or anything. Fucking bitches...

Once I was sooo stoned I went to the police station to file a bogus theft report. It seemed like a good idea at the time.

One cop was asking me a bunch of questions like 'have you been drinking', 'are you on medication', etc its obvious he knew I was goofed. another cop phones my cell (which my friend waiting outside the station had) and as soon as it rung I yelled 'THATS MY PHONE!' and I ran out, pretending to chase the guy.

The first time I EVER smoked I picked up a friend that was asking me to smoke for weeks. He had been smoking for only a couple months and was also fairly inexperienced in the whole game. We went to some neighborhood and parked in a dead-end street and walked into the woods. Even as we entered the woods there was a sign that said "No Trespassing". Being inexperienced and stupid, I happily obliged and we walked about thirty feet in and smoked on a tree stump. We smoked one joint and he asked if I wanted to smoke another. It was my first time smoking and I was already high, so I told him I'd drive to Domino's to get a pizza.

As soon as we finish and walk out, we get in my car and turn around in the cul-de-sac. Right when we turn around a cop car turns onto the street. The street is only about 50 yards long and only hosted about 5 homes, so it wasn't a routine patrol. We drove past calmly and didn't act suspicious or look at the cop at all. The cop turned around at the end of the street, but when we turned the corner we started going 50.

so yea my house is kind of a party house and we have people in&out quite frequently. this never really presented a problem until this one time my friends were drinkin and decided to go for a walk and get picked up by the cops. the cops were sayin that if they told them where they had come from they wouldnt breathalize them, and they wouldnt say. they dropped one of the kids off, and his older brother was at my house and his parents called and told him to go home. him and his friend left and got stopped on the way back, which sucked because they lived like five minutes walking distance away from my place. the kids parents said my name and the cops ended up payin a visit to a couple of blitzed kids and my dad. i had picked the right night to stay sober tho, i was tryin to be a good kid a couple weeks before i went in for surgery, and i ended up talkin to the cop, incense saved the day, and i got into absolutely no trouble.

I walked past a cop smoking a cig pipe loaded with weed. It was at night too and they didn't even look at me.
Eh, I never get in any trouble with cops. I always smoke in the privacy of my home.
If you want my advice because it worked for as long as since I started smoking.. just always smoke at home. Don't smoke at a friend's house who has parents that would do something like call cops.
Just smoke privately at home and don't ever talk about weed so loudly in school cause some kids would tell on you.

Hmm I think I remember something being let out....
I remember my fucking stupid friend would always talk loudly about weed in the cafeteria with me and even make a finger impression of smoking (would take his two fingers to his lips) and I remember I noticed some conservative nice friends of mine sitting at another table looking at me with a look on their face like (omg does he smoke pot?) so all I did to my friend was shake my head and walk away. It saved me face for my conservative friends.. That was the closest call I've ever had.... I was terrified..

It's a small nice public school and theres always gossip and rumors... I didn't want them to spread about me. I have a nice rep as a nice kid. Even though it's more of an art school and so many kids smoke LOL! There were still tons of kids who were conservative and against pot, ya know what i mean?

Stupid fucking friend of mine.. he always points at me and then makes the smoking finger impression with his fingers.

I don't think it beats the time when that same conservative friend of mine came to sit down at my table. She's a beautiful nice girl who doesn't drink or smoke and would be bothered if someone she knew smoked or drink, ya know what I mean?

My conservative friend didn't say anything and just continued eating.. tried not to look at us and pretending she didn't know but she definetly knew... I'll never forget the look on her face as she continued to look down at her food..

I got super pissed and told him if he kept repeating it, I would shove turkey meat up his ass.
Sure enough he kept repeating it, I literally got the fuck up, took the meat, and chased him around the cafeteria. I shoved it right up his fucking ass.

Nah his pants were still on, I didn't wanna actually unzip his pants and shove em right up there lol!
The whole place cracked up, but he definetly shut the fuck up so it was all good.

Luckily I don't think my conservative friend thinks ill of me cause she wanted to go to a museum with me (heh yea shes a smart girl and goes to Columbia and shit).

So dudes.. listen up and don't talk about weed in school. And if you got a nice friend of yours who doesn't smoke, bring her to the table of nice friends you got.

Not fuckin drop out potheads like my friend who tried to give me a blunt just to do his stupid fucking essay that he's too fucking lazy to do.
