Used too, and it would be a great game, had the healing part of it not been so fucked up. Played the game to lvl 30, then said fuck it... WoW is better, but I'm pretty sucked into CS 1.6 as usual.... still WoW and Eve are both better mmo's then FFXI. FFXI would be great had they fixed the slow ass healing problem...

nah it wasn't slow ass healing problems it was people were just n00bs then... i got my paladin to lvl 73 beastmaster to lvl 70 ninja to 43 white mage 39 warrior to 37 and a bunch of others, rank 10 bastok, 61.0+1 goldsmithing 36,000,000gil networth and a ton of other stuff.

I'm not saying it's a bad game, and my friend played it until he max leveled his job and sub job.... The Healing IS very slow compared to WoW though, and I think overall World of Warcraft just packs a better punch. I've thought about playing it again.... but I doubt my account is even still on file, and If I'm going to pay a monthly charge, I'd rather pay for ESEA on CounterStrike and the WoW monthly charge. I Still do think about play FFXI again though,...

To each his own i guess. I ended up quitting Everquest 2 right after buying a new pc and the game lol they fucked it up with a patch/update they did... messed up the entire combat system it was imbalanced after that.. They just came out with a new expansion pack i heard its being released on april 18th woot. :thumbsup:

I love just about all RPGS, final fantasy, world of warcraft, ultima online, baldurs gate, neverwinter nights, icewind dale, dragon quest, .hack, there is soooo many i love em all if they have a good story line

i had plenty of other jobs lvled up as well, but they're not even worth listing, none past close or past 20.... and i was on the Valefore server. i quit cuz it consumed my life, and i was sick of it... that game is more addicting the crack is to some people.... oh well i woulda quit/took a long break anyways... all those damn xbox 360 noobs that are going to be hitting the game up... damn i'd be saving them all... and i'll be damned if i'd even be able to step foot in valkrum dunes without getting spammed "raise can i have it?"

the healing isn't slow, it's meant to be that way... it's a well thought out game, it's a party-orientated game... i'm guessing you never got to lvl 41 while being a healer, cuz then rdm gets refresh (and you will like never see a pt past lvl 41 without a refresher) and basicly it's non-stop leveling... there isn't much resting needed... my friend was near my lvl but had smn subbed so i had smn's auto-refresh plus my rdm's refreshes... and a vermy cloak.. yea he (whm) never had any problem with having to rest, neither did the rest of any of my pt's...

Dark Age of Camelot was a good game when i had it, I had a 34 th level Wizard with mainly fire spells and earth spells he kicked so much ass! I love RPG games, any Role players out there? Anyone play HARP?

Fable for X-box is a cool RPG as well.
