If it works like other companies such as Manpower, you prolly get selected when other companies need extra help. I used to work at a tax software company and we would allways hire temps to help during tax season. Chances are, virtual office takes a fee from your salary, but if they find you an easy job it may be worth it. It could never hurt to submit a resume and see what happens. They mention certification but it looks like it's not required.
