Pre-Employment Drug Test Question

I just received an offer of employment and I have to take a pre-employment piss test at Quest within 48 hours. A friend of mine claimed he used Stat Detox with only one day clean and he passed the test. It is basically 5 pills you take 45 mintues before the test, but you have to piss at least 2 times before going into Quest. When I take this test I will only have been clean for 3 and 1/2 days. Does anyone know about the effectiveness of Stat Detox? Is it safe? If I try to delay the test another day or two will it make a difference?
