Please help me determine the sex of both plantsWe cant tell you with those pictures, they dont show the parts..Also, that plant is also too young to determine sex. If you top the plant it will show its sex within a week.

There is a distinct difference in the way each plant takes part in the reproduction of the cannabis plant and its very simple.

Male plants produce pollen sacks. The pollen sacks look like small seeds forming in bunches. They are NOT seeds. The pollen sacks keep producing pollen until they pop, thus releasing the pollen into the air. Any female within a 30-50mile radius downwind will become pollenated.

Female plants produce flowers. The flowers look somewhat similar to the pollen sacks except for one very noticeable difference, they have an opening at the tip that has sticky hairs that come out. Those sticky hairs are what catches the pollen floatin in the air. Once a female plant is pollenated it will slow down in producing flowers and eventually stop and start producin seeds. The seeds continue to mature until they fall to the ground and start the cycle over again...

 Hope that helps..

Please help me determine the sex of both plantsWhen you top your plant you trim off the growth tip. The very tip top of the plant. The leaves that havnt formed yet. Just trim it off at a 45degree angle and watch what happens. You can do this more than once it you want. Each growth tip you clip off will split it into two more, sometimes more than two.

Please help me determine the sex of both plantsDownwind too dude..It has to be down-wind..Cannabis has some of the lightest pollen flowers have been known to release. On a nice blustery day its not uncommon for pollen from normal flowers, not cannabis, to travel 20-30miles...
