I am a rather anxious and I have alot of anxiety, I was wondering if this would make for a VERY bad trip. Also if so, could I pop some Oxys then do acid ur shrooms???

If your prone to anxiety attacks or are a high anxiety type person your gonna be more prone to having a bad trip. Listen to soothing music, watch happy things and try not to think about like how shitty your life is or something.


I had to watch someone have an anxiety/panic attack while she and I were tripping on an 8th of shrooms each... it was a bad experience

surround yourself around people that you trust and like being around. you might freak out if you are alone when it starts to set in, its going to be great! dont worry, you'll be fine, just listen to good music, look at cool art or being in nature is always an amazing experience!

if i were you i wouldnt take the oxys when you take the acid, that wouldnt make for a very good trip.. you would probably feel really weird and pass out. but, to each is own...

ya well Ive started to calm down, I found out its as easy as changing your thinking. So I should be fine for tripping, I hope.

just go to a really chill spot, with no one sketchy to worry about, with your best friends, or someone you really trust....think about happy shit, it all falls into place
