the "C" is the control line and must appear to indicate the test is working properly, the "T" line is the test line and if a line appears (maybe faint) it usually indicates a negative. THe "s" line is where you place your sample. I am drinking a lot of green tea, eating a lot of bran flakes. I'm thinking of just doing the flush system, drink a bunch of Gatorade and aspirin and Rolaids, along with creatine and B-complex vitamins. What are my odds of passing? I'm 6'3" and 200 lbs.
