what specialized book would you reccomend for explosives

and yeah m-80's are tons of fun, just the right size to be used frequently

i gotta tell this story.......when i was a wee lad of nineteen and working as a pipefitter's helper one of the welders was "gonna show me a trick". we had a 12' section of 8" pipe in the pipestands, beveling the end so we could fit a flange onto it. whitey, the welder, taped up the ends with duct tape, peeled back the tape on one end and punched a hole in the tape on the other end. he lit a cutting torch, adjusted the flame to produce a neutral cutting flame and extinguished it by sticking it in a bucket of water so he wouldn't disturb the valve settings on the torch. he then stuck the torch tip thru the hole in the duct tape and told me to put the tape back up on the other end after thirty seconds. i did as told, he held the torch in the hole for another minute or so. he then told me to go stand in the far corner so i wouldn't get burned. he then lit the torch again, and waved it past the hole in the duct tape. the gas went off in the pipe, sounded like we took a direct artillery hit it was so loud! it blew out the windows in the building we were in and the pipe jumped up about six feet out of the stands, ringing like a bell in midair. i don't think he meant to put that much gas in it, he wanted to startle me with a fireball. ole whitey hauled ass, left me there to explain when the fire brigade showed up! guess what, we got r-u-n-n-o-f-t for pulling that one.....was fun tho!
