well put it this way , if you only use a mh for flowering ,,you will have buds but not big or that good , if you use hps its all good ... I would use both as hps and keep moving the 400 watt around the plants even out the growth... how many plants and how are you growing them ???? might help a tad keep in mind blue is for growth = vegg red is for flower = buds

I heard a nasty little rumor that if you run BOTH MH and HPS to run BOTH spectrums of light during flowering that your buds will be more potent... Is this fact or fiction.
