If you're not runnig CO2, and you're not providing your plants with FRESH AIR from OUTSIDE your home, your plants' growth will be stunned.

No dude, that isn't true. If it where only so "I can get air movement", I would install a couple of of fans inside and forget about all my ducts.

The plants take Oxygen, convert it into whatever they want (I hear it's Tootsie Rolls) and then expel CO2... (got this right gK?).

What would happen if you seal a plant inside a cabinet without air EXCHANGE? Pretty soon, the plant will be SUFFOCATING in Oxygen. No CO2 to grow, produce the Rolls...

Get my idea?

Peace, love, and fresh air MrTbone,
