Thanks to all who gave advice on my set-up. So here is the closet, cleaned out, disinfected and painted flat white. I ended up acquiring some clones to start my project (Train Wreck, Blue Dot and Ai Goo-sp?) . I am keeping the bubble gum seeds I purchased for future use. I have a 400 watt MH lamp suspended over them. I transplanted them today after checking on how hot the closet was going to run with the MH on all day. It looks like with the door shut and light on, the closet temp hovers right at 80. With the door craked it's about 77 based on my digital read thermometer. I don't have my fan yet but it's coming in a couple of days to help stir the air a bit. I'm keeping the ballast outside the closet at all times by running the cord under the closet door. If it was in there I don't think I would be able to keep the temp. at or below 80. I also have a 400 watt HPS conversion bulb for when the time comes. I'm planning on wallpapering the inside of the closet with mylar and will be hangning some panda cloth on the inside of the closet doors so when they're shut, it will further light proof the cracks and help with light reflection. I'm a bit concerned that the panda cloth will make the space run hotter but I haven't been able to think of a better way to light proof it. Anyhow, here are some pics. Any feedback is highly welcomed! Thanks!!!
