I get mrigraines when i don't drink enough when im playing sport. I would jsut drink more before during and after playing sport

Well, the last 8 times ive had migraines, (in the past 3 monthes) its been about 30 minutes after i got done playing a soccer game. fuck, i love soccer more than anything andi dont want to have to give it up but these migraines are unbearable. my parents are against drugs so i cant just have acid lying around to releieve my migraines has anyone heard of physical activity causing migraines?? or has this Rating: 5
