    physical activity triggering migraines.

    i have always gotten migraines, with seemingly no one single thing triggering them.
    Well, the last 8 times ive had migraines, (in the past 3 monthes) its been about 30 minutes after i got done playing a soccer game.
    fuck, i love soccer more than anything andi dont want to have to give it up but these migraines are unbearable. my parents are against drugs so i cant just have acid lying around to releieve my migraines

    has anyone heard of physical activity causing migraines?? or has this just been a wild coincidence??

    I dunno but whenever i play rugby i end up getting really faint cos i dont seem to breathe while i play... Dunno, but all that hard breathing while playing might cause them. Sounds very likely.

    I get mrigraines when i don't drink enough when im playing sport. I would jsut drink more before during and after playing sport

    Exercise does NOT give you migraines. If anything, it will help you not get as frequent migraines. The question you should be asking is what are you doing wrong when you are exercising that trigger your migraines. Da Highest is right about the water. If you are dehydrated you will for sure get a headache. In my experience headaches due to dehydration feel different from a regular headache and could easily be confused with a migraine. The way to tell - with a migraine the next morning you would still feel it and it will stay with you all day. With a regular headache, if you have re-hydrated yourself, you will be fine the next morning, unless you regularly take something like Tylenol â?? then you will get morning headaches just from NOT taking it. Your body almost gets addicted to it. I know it sounds weird, but I stopped taking Tylenol and did not have morning headaches anymore. Drink plenty of water, don't over do-it too much, and make sure you cool down and stretch. Just try it.
    And why would you take acid to help a migraine? That's a scary thought and although you might not feel it, I highly doubt it is helpful to your body. Instead, if your doc would prescribe a mild pain reliever like darvocet, I have found that helps out much more than any other type of drug (even better than migraine meds.) Then you can still have fun, the way we like it, and be able to be somewhat normal.

    When you have a migraine you can take acid to relieve it and if you dont want to be tripppin on acid take some anti depressants to negate the effects, but lets just keep trippin:rasta: :thumbsup:
