i orderrd a 400w hps referbished ballast... they sent me it all thrown in a box the frekin ballast has dirt on it but it seems to work...took 3 days to get it

the day after i orderd the mh conversion bulb its been like 6-7 days and under my account it says awaiting shipment and it has for the last 5-6 days
