The general rule of thumb is when your plant starts to get alternating internodes and some secondry growth, thats the best time to put your plant into the flowering stage. Have fun!

is that right?.. I though alternating nodes....showed it was male???
Every time I've had a plant with leaves across from each other... it was male...???

So anywhere from 1.5 months+ of vegetative growth and then you can start to flower her.
    ^^^ Good info...
