Yes, but the burden of proof remains with the police. Please tell me how the police prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they smelled it. Just their say so does not meet the burden of proof test.

Anyway, it's pretty stupid to be smoking and growing with someone so close who could simply pick up the phone and blow the whistle.

If people are gonna smoke and grow pot, be bloody smart about it, so the prohibitionists don't have a reason to speak out against us. I've seen at least three stories in less than a month of people being totally stupid about smoking/growing pot. That kind of thing is giving the legalization movement a bad name.

You see, smoking pot does cause brain damage - look at all the stupid things pot smokers are doing.:thumbsup:
