Yeah, but he's been in trouble with this before and the Judge ordered rehab of some kind and he hasn't complied with that order. Judges don't like that and I'm betting that the same Judge issued this Bench Warrent. Now he has all kinds of problems and headaches to deal with. Plus, he could be sitting up in his room an hour from now and they could come knocking. Or tomorrow while he's at work. I'd hate to have that shit hanging over my head.

If it were me, I'd walk my rear into that Judges courtroom and at the end of call when he asks if hes missed anything, I'd stand up and beg for mercy.

Bench Warrant Id greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to deal with a bench warrant without arrest(cant lose my job) If i go in to serve the warrant do i get arrested?? Do i HAVE to post bail?? Can i get a bail bond for bench warrant bail??? It says if i dont take care of it immediately they will come arrest me at my home or work, this usually happen? Rating: 5
