Bench Warrant
the reason for a bench warrant is to get you to court
if you go yourself you will not be arrested.
they will give you a court date or put you in front of
the judge that day.
your gonna have to pay extra cash for the court ordering
a warrant.
they want you out not in jail.if you go to court they will work with you.Love is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. So whats the bail for?????
Usually you post bail to stay outta jail.
If i dont go to jail for this i will at the hearing most likely, havent been following their treatment reccomendations. To be honest those programs phsyically keep you sober(besides chronic) by making you pee in a cup and holding it over your head. My job on the other hand makes me WANT to be sober, only because of a feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day. If i go to this fucking treatment it will interfere with my job. If i dont get arrested for that i will for getting another violation as it was a terms of agreement thing or something. So I got alot on my plate to deal with.
You know if i could put some collateral up for bond?? Havent called around yet...
Gracias

bail is to get out of jail
if your in jail and you want out till your court date
you can put up 10% of bail amout and a property to ensure
you will go to court.

yeah no shit but this is all centered around me not losing my job that took a grip to find and establish
It says " You may accept service of this warrant by reporting in person at once to the Court listed above or, you may remit the bail shown by mail to the court listen, by cerified check or money order payable to the issuing court
Failure to comply will result in your immediate arrest either at your residence or at your business address"
So if i go in they arrest me and give me the next available date right?
If i post bail they let me stay out until the next available date?
