So i dont know where you get this your supposed to be in court unless your dead deal, it ALWAYS depends on the judge....

So yea.. keep blaming the system.. and the system will keep fucking you in the ass... but only because you let it.

We will see what happens, ill post back when i find out
i dont blame it on the system, but once your in the system it snowballs very easily. So you agree how the system works?? The more money you have the better chance you have of getting your case dropped? Thats bullshit if ive ever seen it but its reality...
Gotta go with the flow in these situations.

your worried about a dui charge.
i thought it was a commendable crime[assault, evading arrest sales]
but a dui cmon manLove is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres

Bench Warrant
I've been in a similar situation. I had a court date that two days before my car stopped working. I called every possible person I could to change the court date. I left multiple voicemails for my probabation officer even the public defender I got assigned. No return calls were ever made. Needless to say, they issued a bench warrant without even contacting me in any way (so I never knew I had a warrant for my arrest). One morning I was awakened by a knock on the door. Two uniformed police officers told me some story about damage being done to my car and that I needed to come have a look. Being half alseep and ignorant of the bench warrant, I saw no reason to take a look. I was about halfway to my car when they grabbed my arms and handcuffed me. Luckily it happened well before the court opened in the morning so I was processed and sent to court within a few hours. I explained the story to the judge and requested a new attorney. Maybe I just got a sympathetic judge, but he understood and let me off without any other trouble than paying the bench warrant fee. The best way to avoid any jail time is to talk to your lawyer. You will have to show up in court at some point (that's the whole point of being issued a bench warrant) so the best bet is to have your lawyer talk to the court and arrange a day for you to appear, then notify the local police of your situation and that he will be guruanteeing your appearance in court. DON'T JUST IGNORE IT!!!

nah i thought this thread should die
Turns out all the judge wanted was for me to show up in court for missing the previous date, thought that this thread was silly after that and it should die. Although i do find it funny that bob was so certain he knew our court system.... but then i re-read all this and realized that he was just busting my balls, fuckin canadian! I gotta go back in a month to take care of my new charges.
thanks for those who tried to help me out, rest go fuck yourself
