What do you think ate these plants?

I was just getting ready to walk out of the growroom and and i saw this leave on my rez...

here are 3 pix of a leave I broke off plant for pic and part of leave I found on top of rez...there are 10-12 leaves chewed on.
    Rats??? Anybody?

    pix 1-3 are described above...

    4. I think this plant had it's lower foliage eaten also!

    5. Here is where it was eating.

also, I had a bag of bone meal and blood meal that were eaten by something about a month ago...if that info might help...I couldn't believe it.

I would say lepricans but they usually are not that neat.

A mouse you would think would eat from the tips.

Something that sits on the leaf would need support from the stem to munch if it was the size of a june bug explaining why the tip was not touched.

I would say a beetle but never rule out the lepricans

i had a mouse, if u get a mouse trap whatever u do DON'T USE CHEESE!!! cos it just slides straight off the pin. use something sweet & stickey like fruitella!. cos they can't get it off. theres always more than one mouse so once u've got one put the trap out again & leave it until u catch another & another & another cos they will be about. mice are good climbers & they weigh less than u would think. when they ate my leaves they ate from the centre like yours in the picture. another thing to watch out for is they dig ip the soil for no reason & exposed my roots to light. i advise u get rid of whatever it is & fast!
    hope this helped.

I don't know bro, but dd below had an experience that he recognizes as the same as mine...I wondered about the tips too, but i don't have any experience with this problem

June bugs are possible, but I haven't seen any in there...a knat or 2, but that's it. Hadn't seen a beetle either, but that doesn't mean shit...whatever was there is there in the dark...I closed mousehole and extended below door to close off return allowance...If it is mouse it will have to burrow back in...meanwhile, trying to KILL them...lw

make sure it is legal to kill a mouse in your state before you doing anything drastic...

always stay with in the law..
