If you wanna complain about being compassionate to animals, start your own thread about being compassionate to animals. It's what these people did when they were KIDS. I can see how it would be kind of funny a kitten getting its head run off. When you picture it happening, it's more cartoony than the events that would actually take place. In my head, it takes place more along the lines of:

"Almost finished mowing the lawn dad?"
"Just gotta finish this section of catnip"
"KITTY... NOOOOOOOOO"
Followed by the cleanest cut to the neck. Of course, much more blood would be involved, but good setup nonetheless.
