Using RO Filter
SO they cost 250-300 and it basically pumps tap water through the filters and out comes clean water? Is this item usually installed into a circulating system, or used to filter tap water to be used for nute mixing, and then placed in the system? can someone clear this up for me? thanks.

Using RO Filter
they filter slowly so usually they are used prior to mixing.
besides why would you want to take all the ions out after you mixed it.
