that plant looks ill, wilting leaves, spot's.
are you overwatering it and adding fert?
any sign of little pests?
if there was any pests / illnesses with the original, chances are, that one has them.
so pay attention to the original.

yah its a little sickly but im hopin it'll come back, it was over watered and the stem is weak but im gonna try and get it back to normal and tied it to a stick i put in the ground so maybe it'll straighten up and the stem will strenghen and i may have to cut some of the leafs off, it was moved around alot and bumped around in the trunk of a car so it got pretty bashed, im trying to bring it back tho
