i find taking 1-2 week breaks every 2-3 weeks a good way to reduce your tolerance

I was so happy I forgot about food and actually lost 30 pounds in three months. Everything is different now however. I no longer feel the euphoria at all. I get the munchies real bad when I smoke. And after I eat I generally cant keep my eyes open because I'm so tired. I'm currently considering abstaining for a few months to see if cleaning myself out would Rating: 5
