Does GOD love America more?
What? I think if God was all-powerful and all-loving and really really loved America, he'd change things so that American pot smokers wouldn't have to be subject to idiotic laws that don't do anyone any good. Makes sense to me.

And you know this how? From personal experience? I doubt it. I imagine the only time you ever discuss anything like it is here at Cannabis.com. The majority of "educated" people I speak to are like-minded; they agree that democracy is a bunch of crap. Maybe you're only talking to fellow conservatives, and we all know their opinions don't count for much... :rasta:

But it's not the kind of poll you wanna be at the top of, you know what I mean?

Even if that were the case, so what? In 1700 very few educated people took representative democracy seriously. In 1850 very few educated people took the theory of evolution seriously. An idea's merit is not based on how many people take it seriously. It is based on how true the idea is.

Berkman didn't want to "start trouble" just for the sake of starting trouble. He wanted to change social affairs because he perceived them as incredibly unjust.Berkman got want he deserved. My grant grandfather arrived at about the same time and started working(he was 14) in the coal mines of Penn. to help support his family. Berkman wanted to start trouble.
Oh, I guess I was just mistaken when I thought there was a growing gap between the rich and the poor. Man, and to think all those economic statistics I studied showed that social mobility is an extreme rarity. I guess they were just evil terrorist lies. I'm sorry. I love America. *vomits*Many Americans expect a free ride. America is the greatest country in the history of man, because of the opportunities for advancements.

Ask 20 people(on the street) what anarchism is, I bet maybe 5, if that will know what it is.
So why are countries that are so much older than the U.S. so behind?
Think of the world as a large company.......some have worked there for thousands of years and STILL work in the mailroom....while others have worked there for only a couple of hundred years and are the CEO.
What other country gives more aid to others?
What's the difference between a liberal and a conservative?
A liberal makes excuses for lazy people! (to make himself feel better)
For the record I am a moderate....I support GreenPeace, soup kitchens,RIF, etc. but I also would like to deport all the illegals who cost the U.S. BILLIONS
Either way I respect your opinion..................................
Although some of you guys are getting WAY to worked up about this...
PEACE

I think the best way anarchism was ever described to me was one word:
Eutopia.
No businesses, no corporations, no organizations. Everybody working together for the soul benefit of mankind. To me, that is what true anarchism means. It's not some kid up in his room listening to Dark Side of the Moon over and over again while saying that he wishes there was anarchy because then he would rule the streets, namely because if there was anarchy in that sense I would probably be the first to beat his ass down. To me, it is a makeshift nirvana, when everyone truly lets go and finds their own inner peace.
Then again, I'm also buddhist.Mira el foto grande

America allows its citizens a lot less rights than countries in Europe.
America gives it's police officers a lot more power than many other western nations.
Using a timescale for how a country does is Void.
Those are facts, anything else is purely speculation.

What does that have to do with anything? So people are ignorant about politics. Let's educate them.

And the question should be, if there are countries that are "behind" the U.S., why aren't we using our immense wealth and industry to help them? There is enough food in the world to feed everybody, but due to the unequal distribution of wealth on this planet millions die of starvation every year.
What?! You're comparing countries to people in a corporate hierarchy?! You're saying the US is the CEO of the world and gets to boss everybody else around just because it's more "advanced"? You're saying the rich white countries can boss around the brown people in the rest of the world just because they're richer and have more technology? Wake up and smell the racism buddy!Think of the world as a large company.......some have worked there for thousands of years and STILL work in the mailroom....while others have worked there for only a couple of hundred years and are the CEO.
What other country wastes more money on its military? What other country initiates more coups d'état? What other country spends more money fighting the useless war on drugs? What other country imprisons more of its population? Just because we give some of our money away to make ourselves feel a little better doesn't balance out the huge inequalities that capitalism creates. What other country gives more aid to others?
Er, okay...I'm neither liberal nor conservative, so I'm not sure what you mean by that. What's the difference between a liberal and a conservative?

Sorry, it's just that global injustices like capitalism which are causing millions of people to starve needlessly FUCKING PISS ME OFF.Either way I respect your opinion..................................

We have a right to get worked up about these kinds of things. Dare I say an obligation. If we don't get worked up about them, nothing will ever change. And if we don't change anything, we are subjecting our children to the same injustices we have to put up with. Inaction = surrender.
