I don't go out to bars/clubs that often, But jest recently in my town the police are going in undercover and cell phoneing other on duty police officers when they get in there car and drive away. cracking down on drunks.... ok

Someone I know was out at a bar recently "not driveing" and as you may know you can not smoke in bars, so yeah you would normaly stand outside the bar and have a smoke, So there he was out side and a undercover cop harassed him about being what? "being drunk in public"... now what kinda shit is that?

All of the arrests took place around where I work. The TABC is now saying that they were really after the bartenders for serving drunks. They had to arrest the drunks to show that the bartenders were overserving. If they can get away with this, what's next? Raiding my home?
