I think it does show up, but if it does, they just don't use it. They don't tell anyone either, so no worries. If it's clean, they'll use it. Then again I have never donated either this is just what all those volunteers used to tell us.
i used to think the same thing...

as a matter of fact they don't care if it's in the blood... i was talking with a red cross administrator when they came to our school and i said "i was wondering what you guys do with blood that has THC in it?" and she said "we take it. the patient and doctors of the patient are notified and it is overlooked in drug tests." i said "wow, i've heard you just throw it out" and she laughed and said, "nope, or else we wouldn't come to high schools anymore"
