Scrog pruning?
I'm going to start flowering my first scrog grow in about a week. I have very little vertical space to work with and some of the branches growing through my screen are a little taller than I would like. Can I cut them off above the screen leaving a node or two for the flower to grow? Or will two more branches just start growing from the cut?

BIG BLOCK..
whatever you do...
you should let the plant grow/recover for one week after you prune it.. before you flower..
so do your chopping now...
Why dont you take some clones?

try to tuck the fan leafs rather then cut them the plant will still need the fan leafs through flower cycle too.....fyi
If height is an issue you may want to add a screen to keep then down.

dont forget once they go into flower they will stretch to 2 or 3 times thier hieght.
If you need to just pinch the stem and bend it. I have seen them bent 120 degrees and still do fine. the stems even break sometimes but they still grow. usually within a week or so the spot where you pinched will be the strongest part of the stem.

You can make the stems more flexable by twisting the back and forth slowly prior to bending.
