It was actually about 70% about booze. How much do you drink, how frequent, have you had blackouts, how many drinks per night, do you ever buy instead of paying bills. What types of drugs have you done, what was the last time, how frequent..........

Random questions, a lot of them about the same shit just worded a little different. Weed out the scammers I guess.

It kind of boiled down to this....if your a user is it getting in the way of personal buisiness like paying bills, holding down the job, eating, etc...
