when i smoke a cigar, i can take 20 hits and not get a buzz because i dont inhale. Now if i inhaled that 20 hits, then i would def. be buzzin my ass off.

Do you mean blunt?

You know you can't get high off of a cigar, right?

and that 20 hits of a blunt would not get you 'buzzed', unless you're a beast. lol
